I can't say enough good things about Kate and her small army of assistants! A great attitude combined with knowledgeable and professional service produced results where others had failed.
Was it the extra effort of multiple weekend phone calls made on my behalf? Or does everyone else just like doing business with her as much as I did? The bottom line is that without her help my vehicle would not have gotten shipped.
It was a difficult task to find someone willing and able to pick up an oversized truck, located well off the beaten path and deliver it to the Port for overseas shipping, but Kate was able to get it done. Her persistence and refusal to give up was the key. Just Lucky? Like the old business maxim says "the harder you work, the luckier you get".
Kate and Courtney were always available to answer my questions and they handled everything to my complete satisfaction. I recommend them and their company wholeheartedly and without reservation.
Don't even waste your time calling someone else, let Katherine get the job done for you!
