But i'm not holding it against them because gas prices are more expensive now, and they were able to pick it up at a reasonable lead time. I didn't like that they did not give the number of the driver without you asking, or they were not available on weekends to get tracking on the car especially if they say it will be delivered on the weekend. They were professional, courteous and got the job done, but in order to win my business again especially if you charge premium it should be extra ordinary service to get 5 stars especially since the business is highly competitive.
