Excellent from start to finish! Car arrived in excellent condition and although dirty (in spite of being in an enclosed carrier) I couldn't have been more thrilled- one wash and it was like new again. I was especially happy with the results after reading many "horror stories" on the Internet from other transport carriers. Go with Kate Winters and Cascade- you will be impressed!
