I was very impressed by the way the overall shipping experience. It started with the office personnel, handling everything that could possibly come up. We had a little problem with my particular vehicle and the driver was honest, he was caring and explained why his truck was not the correct carrier for my car. Promptly the next morning I got a call from Cascade, letting me know that another carrier would be arranged. I got a email confirmation that another carrier had been arranged. It was a great experience, I've dealt with other companies, none as good as Cascade
