While shipping our car to Hawaii, our plans changed while the car was en-route. One call to Stephanie at Cascade took care of everything. She was cheerful and went the extra mile to book the voyage back to the mainland and find an excellent carrier to transport the car back to Tulsa Oklahoma from Long Beach. Not only did she help put us at ease by removing the stress of reshipping the car, she worked to find an excellent rate and coordinate a fast turn around. The car arrived home on Christmas eve in perfect condition. The driver even cleaned the windows. As a Customer Service manager with an aviation company for nearly 30 years, I have to say that Cascade is a first rate operation. Their staff is always a pleasure to work with and they truly work on your behalf to provide the best service at the best rates. I will always use Cascade for future moves.
