My son, who is in the Navy, really wanted to have his truck shipped back to Norfolk, Virginia. He was given Cascade's name by one of his superior officers and he got a quote. I, on the other hand, had heard horror stories about transporting vehicles cross country so I told him that I would check them out and call them myself. I was lucky enough to talk to Kathryne Winters and she was very understanding in calming my fears and concerns. The only little bump in the road was that the trucking company (CAA Transport) was a day late in picking up the truck - but as soon as I called Kathryne she jumped right on it and the truck was picked up the next day (one day late). The truck did arrive on the day they said it would and the truck driver even made special arrangements to deliver it at night because of my son's work schedule. I was very apprehensive at first, but Kathryne went out of her way to help a nervous mom through the whole experience. THANKS KATHRYNE!!
