I enjoyed working with this company. Now that we are all finished I can write an official review on the whole proccess ( I wrote one earlier because I was impressed with the ordering and scheduling). It was very easy going and prompt. We were treated with respect and honesty the whole way through. I know evey experience can be different but even our trucker was amazing. He really did an awesome job keeping me informed and with the scheduling of time. We are a military family and I anticipate we will do much moving around, I will absolutely use this company again if we need to move our vehicles. Damon was such a great help and very knowledgeable. I know that earlier this month there was a contest to put up a review (it didn't say it had to be a good or bad one) but I would have put up this review anyways, I am even going to review them on the BBB because I just want them to get recognized. I had such an awful experience with another company that my husband chose I just think everyone should be informed and know which companies are legit and this is one of them. Just some extra tips on what I looked for when I was shopping around:

1. Were they honest? (most companies will lie and say they are not brokers- almost all companies are brokers, esp the ones who contact you via those info websites etc..)

2. Will they disclose the broker fee? ( some of them will lie and say they do not recieve a broker fee- thats not true, they don't do this for free..this is competitive sells)

3. The final factor was if a company tells me they have a truck for me that day or next day I knew they were more than likely lying. They were just trying to pull me in for a sale. They can not guarentee pick up until a trucker agrees to getting the car. They will promise this alot of times and then tell you the trucker ran out of room and give you a later day with a different trucker. The classic bait and switch. I personally do not like being tricked into a sale. If you lie to me once I can't trust you.

Anyways that was just my experience. Everyone has a diff one but I hope you take some of my tips to heart no matter what company you chose to deal with!
