I went with Cascade Vehicle Shipping after speaking with numerous other highly rated companies on transportreviews.com. I went with them because Cascade's quote was $100-200 lower than the other companies, and Kimberly was very patient and courteous with my many concerns and questions. They also charge your credit card only after delivery of the vehicle, unlike the others who take a deposit right away.
I was given a 10 day delivery estimate, and it arrived two days early. There was no damage, only a slight scratch (probably from a tree branch) that came out when I waxed the car. The transport company, Romax, was equally polite and patient with my questions and concerns.
Just FYI, if you are shipping from New York City as I was, the truck transporting your car will not be able to drive into Manhattan. The driver had to take public transportation into the city and drive the car to the rig (I believe it was in New Jersey). This worried me at first, but like I said, the car arrived without any problems.
I highly recommend Cascade to anyone shipping their car! It was a pleasant experience, one that I hope I will not have to do again (that is, shipping a car across the country), but if I do, I will certainly go through Cascade.
