My experience with Cascade could be summed up with one word... Exceptional. At the center of this experience was my sales rep, Alyssa Eng. From the onset of my request for a quote, she took the time to call me back and ask for my business... to me this is something often lost in translation. Once I made the decision to use her company she helped guide me and worked to make sure that i got the best price possible while assuring i would get my vehicle transported in a timely fashion.

Alyssa kept in contact with me the entire time assuring me of the progress. My vehicle arrived two days after i agreed to the price. The entire time it was being transported Alyssa called to check in with me. She really seemed to care about her customers and that was the best part of my experience. I wish every customer service representative was half as good as her. Be sure to ask for her if you use this company. You will not be disappointed!!!
