When we sent our van from Portland it had a full tank of gas. When it arrived in Houston, the tank was empty and there was a large dent in the drivers side door. On top of that, the driver had an accent that could not be understood, especially on a cell phone. This was not a pleasant experience for us.

MALIA 360-834-7898- - - When your wife Megan called letting me know the vehicle had been delivered she told me about a small ding in the side of the door she said it was no big deal and the driver had compensated her for it. Also she thought the vehicle had about 3/4 tank fuel when it was picked up and upon delivery it was at about 1/4 tank. Since there was no change in the odometer reading one can only assume someone must have siphoned the tank when the carrier was parked. I was happy to hear that you and your wife were very satisfied with my services and by the way this particular carrier has been in business for over 5 years and is rated %100. I have emailed you the insurance company's contact information so you may file a damage claim with them. I appreciate your feedback and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Sincerely, Malia. malia@cascadevehicleshipping.com
