Damon at Cascade was very knowledgable and shared with me how the process works. This was something that other companies did not do. He was upfront and honest, so I was not prepared for any surprises. I was able to particpate more readily in the process to assure my vehicle would get picked up in the soonest possible time. From the tiime I placed the order to the day it was picked up was only a few days, it might have been sooner but we were into a holiday. I recieved the care on time as the carrier promised, he worked with us on the delievery location and was courteous to our needs to get the vehicle on time. Damon always took the time to answer my calls and questions and if he was not in, another representitive was available to check on my order. Thank you cascade for a great job!
