Cascade did a great job getting my car to me in a timely manner. I actually expected my vehicle to be delivered around 7 days. The pickup was in Battle Ground, Washington and drop off was McKinney, TX. My car was delivered in 4 days, 3 days ahead of my expectations. The good thing is I only flew to Washington to complete the deal buying the car, the shipper showed up a couple hours later to pick up the vehicle. One issue I did have was that my car was picked up on a flat bed tow-truck then delivered to the actual trailer that it would be shipped on. Battle Ground, Washington is a small town so I understood the purpose of using the flatbed tow-truck to get my car out of the town then load it onto the semi trailer. The flatbed only had to take my car few miles to meet the delivery truck. Yes I was a little worried at first because Cascade told me that picking my car up on a Flatbed and delivering it to another location would not happen. But like I said, Battle Ground, WA is a small town with narrow streets, it would of been tough for a semi trailer truck to maneuver around and get in and out easily. Over all I was very satisfied with the service. Thanks Damon

DAMON LUCKEY 360-834-7898, damon@cascadevehicleshipping.com. Ed, thank you for the great review. My apologies that a smaller truck was sent out to retrieve your vehicle. I was never told by the transport company that they were going to do this, and was as surprised as you were when I found out. I understand why they did this, and wish they would have communicated this to us so you would not have been surprised. Have a great Holiday!
