This was my third shipment arranged by Cascade, and second by Malia. This shipment took a bit more effort to arrange than previous jobs, but Malia stayed on it until it was picked up and delivered. Excellent service, upfront and honest about cancellations by the first two shipping companies, and got the job done. Thanks!
