Booking was easy and efficient. Rebecca gave excellent customer service. The car was picked up on time on a Wednesday and was scheduled to be delivered on Saturday. I knew this was not guaranteed but did not find out until Friday that the truck was not even going to leave California until Saturday. Waiting an extra day was not a problem, but the truck broke down in Arizona and took 3 days to be fixed. I believe Rebecca tried to get updates from the carrier but was completely unsuccessful as they were unwilling to return Cascade's phone call. I ended up having to call the carrier directly to get updates. The car arrived with a significant dent and the truck was missing a ramp so the driver had to jury rig a piece of wood to get the car off the truck. I feel like Cascade did a good job of booking the trip and taking my money, but failed completely to hire a reputable and competent carrier and to give me timely and accurate updates when things did not go as planned.

Rebecca@cascadevehicleshipping.com - David, thank you for taking the time to place a review and I am happy to hear I did a great job for you. As far as the carrier, we thoroughly screen each and every carrier and have no control over time frames or unforeseen circumstances. Unfortunately, in this industry accidents happen and I am sorry your vehicle was damaged. As soon as I read your review I emailed you the carrier insurance immediately. Take care. Rebecca
