The customer service side of shipping my car with Cascade Vehicle Shipping was positive. Damon was helpful and very speedy with finding a company to transport my vehicle. The pick up of the vehicle went smoothly and was on schedule.

However, the delivery of the vehicle did not go smoothly at all. The company delivering called multiple times with incorrect delivery estimates and arrived multiple days late. The delivery company was so confused about locations that the person meeting my vehicle had to drive to the local supermarket (about 7 min away) to receive the truck. The truck was signed for by my mother because I was unable to be at the destination when it arrived. My mother signed for the truck at 6am in the morning in the dark and did not see that the entire tailgate was dented in - it appears as if when the truck was loading another vehicle was driven into the back of it. I will admit readily that the truck was signed for as being in good condition, as my mother did not spot the major dent in the darkness so we are unable to follow through with claiming damage.

All in all, the customer service dealing with setting up the vehicle shipment was great but the truck itself arrived damaged so I would seek an alternate company next time.

DAMON LUCKEY 3600834-7898, damon@cascadevehicleshipping.com. Rebecca, Very sorry to hear the news about the damage to your vehicle. I wish you would have let me know about this on delivery. You have the right to file an insurance claim with the carrier even though you had signed for the vehicle stating that there was no damage. Please contact us if there is anything we can do to help, I have the insurance information if you do not already have it.
