Customer Service was good for the booking portion of this transport. Once the driver picked up my car, he was very hard to communicate with and was 2 days later than promised. My truck had SEVERAL dents and scratches on it that it didn't have before and when I called them to his attention he denied that they caused them and told me not to call and report them because they were already there. It was 1:30AM when he got here and took them over an hour to unload my truck. There was only one other car on the whole truck. I swear it looked like the first time they had ever unloaded a car. He got stuck in the parking lot for over 30 minutes before that because he did not know how to drive the truck. At one point he was under the truck hitting something with a pipe because it would not work. I have to admit it worked. Very poor English made it very hard to communicate with them. I would use the booking service again, but NEVER the actual carrier that transported my vehicle.
