I talked to Damon lucky around a month before I was planning to ship my car and he was talking nicely and explaining each and every aspect of the whole process quite patiently. He followed up with me once a week until I was sure on the dates to ship my car for any updates. Once I had decided the dates, I called him and we worked out on logistics of date/price and he was able to find a carrier for me in couple of days after that. My experience with carrier company was quite satisfying too as they made sure that I know about the timings of their arrival quite in advance so that there is misunderstanding and they picked up my car on time and delivered in the same condition as it was a week later. Overall it was a very good experience working with cascade and damon. I would definitely recommend it.
