I have a 1991 Mercedes 500SL roadster (that has been in the family since it was new) transported from California where I lived for 40 years to Alabama where I just retired. It only has 50K miles and is pristine. I worried about having it on an open trailer so I went with closed transport. I was glad I did - as it rained heavily (Hurricane Isaac) across several states between there and here. When it was loaded - they put it on top of the semi (6 cars total) in the middle - and it stayed there the whole way - didn't have to be shuffled. The driver and his mate were very careful both loading and unloading. No problems at all. Kate kept me informed along the way and checked to make sure it arrived safely. I'm a very happy camper. ***** 5 stars.
