This is not the first transport company I have dealt with, but I expect to use their services in the future should the need arise. I was in a somewhat difficult situation where I had to fly from NY to CA on short notice to, among other things, have a car picked up for delivery back to NY. I contacted Cascade Vehicle Shipping after getting a quote online. I followed up with a phone call to Geri H. who told me she would get back to me because she would not promise what she may not be able to deliver regarding my tight time schedule in CA(three days). She called me back that afternoon and assured me she had a truck which would do the pickup in my time frame. I know from prior experience that these companies are reluctant to make such assurances because of weather and other road delays, etc., but I also felt assured after speaking with Geri that she was only promising what she would deliver. She put me in contact immediately with a trucking company and stayed in almost daily contact with me and them until the car was picked up on time and without a hassle. It was picked up on a Tues. and the driver told me he would see me in NY on Sunday. I flew back to NY on Wed. and the car was delivered to me on Sunday. Every person I dealt with at Cascade and the trucking outfit was pleasant,efficient, and good to their word. In addition, the price was just about the lowest I received online. The entire experience was a welcomed relief during a somewhat turbulent week for me. I would highly recommend this company.
