I had to move a vehicle from the lower 48 to Alaska. An expensive task, but I was able to slightly bargain the price with Cascade and get my vehicle to it's destination without damage and on the day I was told it would be here. As for customer service, every time I had inquiries about the cost, vehicle transport, or days for shipping they were answered in a timely manner. I also recieved updates via telephone and email as to where my vehicle was throughout the trip. This is a company I would trust to move another of my vehicles in the future!
