We had an excellent experience with Cascade Vehicle Transport. Our contact person with the company was Geri. Geri was responsive, honest, knowledgable and very helpful. She responded to all of our phone calls and messages, listened to our particular needs, and set up the pick up and delivery of our vehicle in a short period of time. We gave Geri short notice, but she got the job done!
The vehicle was picked up within 48 hours of having placed the order. It was safely transported through the Rocky Mountains in the dead of winter, and was delivered as promised, in good condition, three days later in Los Angeles, California. It was a huge relief not to have to worry about my daughter driving the car through the mountains in the winter. The price for the transport was very reasonable and very competitve. We chose Cascade based on their responsiveness and customer service (again, Geri is to be commended), and they have earned a loyal customer!
