When I talked with Geri at Cascade, I knew that I was dealing with a seasoned professional. She helped me understand the process as this was my first time shipping a vehicle. She also set my expectations that the timing of pick-up and delivery was dependent on many factors that are not controlled by Cascade. As it turned out, my truck was picked-up within two days after I placed the order. Dave Duke the transporter was great in loading the truck as it had no brakes. Upon delivery, he help the tow truck driver in off loading which was a very tricky deal. I recommend Cascade because they work with you and keep in touch with you. Kudos to Geri! She made this as easy, very easy.
