I had a horrible experience with Cascade Vehicle shipping. I gave them close to a 4 week window to pick up and deliver my car, and yet my car was late. There were many miscommunications and frustrations in trying to work out both pickup and delivery. After waiting many weeks, they called trying to get my car picked up 30 miles from the location I was no longer at. On the delivery end, I had to drive nearly 30 miles again to get my car when I had been assured at the initial time of quote that it would be door to door service since I would be in a new city without any method of transportation. The actual carrier was impossible to get ahold of, did not share contact information, and called daily asking for more money to guarantee delivery of the car. While my contact at Cascade was always available to speak with, he constantly gave false reassurances that my car would be delivered on time and that there was nothing else to do but wait. He never gave me status updates unless I specifically called and asked for them, which I was doing every day by week 3 of my vehicle not being picked up. The transport ended up costing 250 more than I was originally quoted, and although Casacade knocked 50 off of their commission it wasn't really enough for all the hassle and stress this move caused me. The day before my car was picked up, I was about to fly back to Cleveland to drive my car out to Seattle alone so I would have it when needed for work. Overall, I had a horrible experience and would not even considering using Cascade again.

jeff@cascadevehicleshipping.com 360-834-7898......Erin, I'm sorry your vehicle was on a more difficult route but we did do everything we could to meet your dates. The only time we called you about more money was when the carriers made an offer. Keep in mind we are at the mercy of the truck. Take care, Jeff
