I had not shipped a vehicle prior to this experience. Rebecca was very thorough in her explanation of the process. There was some delay in finding a courier but we suspect Mother's day had something to do with that. Rebecca communicated frequently during this entire event. On the pickup day (origin), the trucker called the dealership where I purchased the vehicle and requested an after-hours pickup and to waive my pre-load inspection. I was not immediately available. Thankfully, Rebecca and the dealership acted in my best interest and said no. I was pleased with the overall service and would use Cascade Vehicle Shipping and Rebecca again.
