I had called Cascade Vehicle Shipping Monday December 17 at about 1 pm looking for a truck to pickup a car in Pleasanton California, and to be delivered to the Truck Crossing Canadian/US border. My immediate request was for no later than 2 pm on Wednesday December 19. Kimberly was very prompt and went above and beyond and honestly look for a trucker willing to do the job. By 300 pm she had lined up a trucker and quoted me a price of $889. I paid the deposit via Paypal.
The reason for this rush was that originally I had hired another firm. They were delayed by over one week due to numerous mechanical difficulties. I had to recieve the car by that time because I was leaving for holidays.
On Wednesday, the trucker Anatoli from Stan's Trucking called me at 900am telling me that he was about 100 miles from the border. He said he would be there at about 11am. I had arrived at the US side of the Truck crossing by 1015am and waited. He was on time and earlier than the requested time. He unloaded the car, I paid him, effortless.
The original trucker from the other firm was a cheaper quote, but after a weeks delay, any savings soon evaporated. And the stress in dealing with excuses soon became to much. You get what you pay for and having Kimberly F at Cascade controlling the whole process, was a pleasure. I would highly recommend Cascade Vehicle Shipping and ask for Kimberly F.
