Pick-up was supposed to be on a Friday, but it didn't happen until the following Monday. However, this was because of flooding in Washington and the Interstate 5 being closed, so completely understandable. Kimberly kept me informed of all changes and updates on pick-up and drop-off time and followed up to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely use them again to transfer my car (Toyota Camry).
