After reading TransportReviews.Com, I selected Cascade Vehicle Shipping, based on their excellent reviews and recommendations, to ship my Lexus 300 ES. I spoke with Sarah who was absolutely wonderful. She patiently listened to my questions and concerns, and if she didn't know an answer, she would find it.

Sarah explained everything about how the procedure works and what I should expect. She really put my mind at ease. This lady IS what customer service is all about. She gets an A plus!

When the car was due to be delivered to my daughter, there were some problems with where my daughter would be to receive the car. We called Sarah and she made sure everything was clarified between my daughter and the driver. The delivery went very smoothly.

Thank you, thank you, Sarah, for all of your help. You are a gem!
