I wish there would have been something else that I could have done so that you would have been completely satisfied with my performance. I have not received anything less than a five star review for quite sometime, and I am sorry that my performance was not up to your standards. Looking back I do not see anything that I would have changed, the only thing that went wrong here was the Carrier not checking the delivery location which I had given to him the day your order was placed. I was also able to get him to come back and deliver to the correct location still earlier than we had expected originally. It was a pleasure to work with you and I am hoping that you would give me referrals if anyone you know ever needs to have a vehicle shipped.
