Cascade wasn't my first choice, only because I was contacted by another company first that offered me a low (apparently too low) rate and promised pickup-at-my-door. Malia had called while I was out and explained how the process works to my mother, including tricks to watch out for (low bids, contracts) and realistic information about pick-up and drop-off locations.

Malia followed up even after I signed to the first company, warning me to be wary, and followed up several times afterwards when it was clear my first choice wasn't going to work. When I did decide to give up on the first company and called her, she still had all of my information, went over pick-up areas that I could get to, and within an hour had a carrier set that could pick up my car at my preferred location the very next day! She helped cancel my old contract that wasn't going anywhere as well.

You get what you pay for, and the attention I got from this broker was above and beyond. When prices don't vary much in a cut-throat business, the value-add is from the people you deal with.
