... But not good communication with the truck drivers.

Cascade Vehicles gave me a good rate, the person with whom I corresponded Malia, was helpful and nice, and the car got delivered safe and sound around the time that I was beginning to really need it.

The car pick up was a little difficult- they gave little advance notice and then expected you to be ready to meet them at any time of the day. I was already out of town, and left the pick up of my car with a friend. For some reason, there were serious communication issues and my car got picked up a week later than originally planned. Could be my friend's fault or could be the truck drivers' fault, but it was a little stressful.

That would be my biggest complaint- little advance notice of when the car would get picked up, and a lack of clarification on the details of the pick up.
