Debbie was EXTREMELY helpful throughout the process of transporting my 1991 Lotus Elan convertible from California to Florida. Cascade wasn't the cheapest quote, but I read up on their reviews and read the information that Damon emailed me about other carriers with their lowball quote. The car was picked up almost immediately after the bid was posted,5 days earlier than I originally speculated. It was the 1st car on the truck and stowed on the top so no oils or drips would stain the cloth top. It was carefully covered with a soft car cover (even though it was inside an enclosed truck). I received the driver's name and phone number as soon as the driver was booked. I was in contact with Debbie and Bill, the driver, the entire time. Both were extremely nice and genuinely cared about my experience (the first time I've transported a car). I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Cascade Vehicle Shipping to anyone looking for an honest and responsible transport company. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thank you Debbie!
