I had requested a pick-up time frame of 12/27/11 to 12/29/11 in New Jersey. This is between Christmas and New Years. Getting a little concerned on 12/28 I called Damon, at Cascade, and asked if any truckers were showing interest in my order. Damon called back that evening to tell me my van would be picked up the next day being 12/29/11.

The driver did communicate with me prior to pick-up and twice while in transit to Florida. The van was in good shape upon arrival.

All went well and it was a happy ending. I would use Cascade again and recommend to others.
