good, but poor communication

In the end the car was shipped, but the communication side of things was frustrating. I placed the order a couple weeks before my pickup window and then never heard from my contact person. I tried to contact him several times and never got a response. It was five days into my pickup widow before I finally heard from him. With only a few days before moving out of state, this was added stress that was not needed. It ended up shipping on the last possible day at a price higher than the original quote. I decided to pay the higher price since it needed to be shipped and quotes I had received from other companies were in the same range.
