I was very pleased with the customer service at Cascade. Kim was great to work with and very pleasant! The gentleman who picked up my vehicle was curtious and professional. The care was picked up 2 days later that the original date but I was flexible so it didn't matter! It was delivered to my mom in Mass 1 day after the quoted date, but again, we weren't in any rush for having it there on a certain date. Good experience, I would definitley use this company again!
