Hi,

First of all I would like to thank Debbie who was always there to answer my questions at ANY time! There was no problem when they picked it up from MA and the driver was very good at responding back to me or Debbie. I never lost the track of it. It was great that only one driver drove form MA to CA. The major transit was from Boston to Los Angeles. The car was here in LA before the expected time. I wanted it to be delivered to San Diego and LA to SD is about 2 hours drive. It took them 2 days to drop in here. I had been told many times that driver will be arriving 3pm then 7pm then 8.30pm...but stuck in traffic but he did not show up that day. And there was no reply from his side to either Debbie or me. I wasn't been provided with his number so I lost the track of my car. It was a thanksgiving holiday and hard to catch hold of people. Driver was not at all responsive for the journey from LA to SD. I had to cancel all my plans and wait at home expecting he will be here any time! This really disappointed me. He came on next day. I am happy that my car was in good condition. It was dirty may be because of rains or snow. but it was expected.

I really appreciate Debbie's work here, cascade did great job but only thing turned me off was LA to SD journey of my car. This doesn't mean cascade's service is poor. I am happy that during the major travel of car I was in touch. Debbie always helped me to get me the correct information at correct time.

It was unfortunate the driver was unable to deliver the car the night before Thanksgiving, by the time traffic cleared it would have been after midnight when he could have delivered. When something unforeseen happens, it can be very frustrating and although it caused you frustration, you were very understanding and I appreciate that.
