Professional, knowledgable, open, honest and up front. Don was friendly and professioanal at the same time. He took his time to explain the transportation industry and his role in the shipping process. I had never shipped a vehicle before and was in need of much information on the process. Don answered my questions over and over again and never was he discouraged or annoyed when I asked more questions or need repeated assurance that my car would arrive safely. He was on point with when my car would be picked and actually my car arrived a few days early which saved me from getting a rental car. I highly recommend Cascade Vehicle Shipping. They will give you peace of mind.
