I bought a car as a surprise gift for my husband. It was a low-mileage GM test car, so it had a salvage title even though it had not been in a wreck.
It was Mike of Cascade Transport who suggested that I could both preserve the surprise for the actual birthday, and get the car checked out before giving it to him by having the car delivered to my local mechanic's place. That was a great idea.
Mike followed up every step of the way. The carrier lost one of the keys and delivered the car with scuffs on the hood that the seller swears were not there when the car left Kentucky... and Mike still stayed with me as I considered whether I would have to utilize the trucker's insurance. The scuff and missing key have been taken care of in other ways, but I am grateful I worked with Mike. I'll happily recommend Mike and Cascade for any friend who wants to transport a car.
