This was a very smooth and easy auto-transport move, especially after reading so many horror stories on the internet. First of all, I got independent quotes and checked ratings on Transport Reviews. Cascade was not the most expensive nor the cheapest, but their customer service was excellent. I worked directly with Richard S. and was very satisfied with his level of communication, professionalism, patience, and ability to get the job done. Richard was willing to listen to my individual situation and we often traded several emails / phone calls per day till he found me a truck, made sure I got picked up, and followed up during the drop off. He also got me in touch with the driver and I was able to work with Richard and the driver to arrange a very smooth drop off a day earlier than expected, since I had to be on a plane on the original date of delivery. Since I was not only moving, but also traveling for business, Richard and I spoke several times trying to work out options on how to most efficiently move the vehicles (we moved 2 cars at the same time), and he was able to offer me several options. I would highly recommend Cascade, and specifically, Richard S.
