I contracted with Cascade to transport a Lexus across the country. The quote was reasonable at $1045, and on 8/11 I placed the order. Shortly after, I was contacted by Cascade that the car could be picked up, the price would be $1145. I did not know why the original quote and the actual price differed. I stuck to the quote, and told Cascade that I wanted them to meet the quoted price. This opportunity to ship the car passed, and I never received another opportunity from Cascade. On 8/26 I terminated the contract with Cascade, went with another company, and the car was picked up 3 days later. I was extremely disapointed with my experience with Cascade, I felt it was a bait-and-switch operation since the quoted price was never met, and there was no explanation given as to why not. I would not waste my time with Cascade, 2 weeks passed while waiting for another shipping notification, it took that long for me to realize they were never going to move my car.

Kimberly@cascadevehicleshipping.com 360-834-7898 ext 230 cvs.Kimberly@yahoo.com John, You had set up your shipment on the 11th correct. We found multiple carriers for you but they wanted extra money. You as the customer always had the choice to decline which you did. Please refer to our terms and conditions about the standard time it takes to find a carrier. There is no guarantee on when a vehicle will be picked up. You then set up with another company who had you on the freight board for more than we quoted you, trucks again called into our office because now the trucks know that you were trying to get moved and again asked for more money. That is the downside to double booking. I'm glad you finally got your vehicle shipped. have a good day.
