I wanted my car shipped across the country and did not have time to deal with a company that had been reviewed as less than five stars, so after reading reviews on this site I chose Cascade. This proved to be a great choice. Don responded quickly to questions and readily got me the information I needed. He was both pleasant and efficient in the service he provided. I was told my car would ship leaving on a Saturday and arriving the following Saturday. After a company had accepted the bid and I heard the dates, I voiced my request that the car would arrive by Friday. Don then talked to the shipping company, Mobile, and arranged for a Friday arrival. I was pleasantly surprised when the car arrived even earlier—on Wednesday evening. I really appreciated the ease with which the entire process took place and found it to be stress-free. The driver who transported my car was very skilled at his job and my car arrived in the same condition it left. My car was transported at the cost of the initial quote and in much better time than I had initially been told. I will use this company again if I need to ship a vehicle because of how smooth they made the process.



The expected compensation for this review is not direct but in the form of a rebate (bringing the total down from $1145 to $1115). Posting a review was a requirement for receiving the rebate, and there were no specifications for the kind of review (e.g. good or bad) in regards to receiving the rebate.
