The company was very helpful when I initially called and helped answer questions I had. They also called me immediately when a carrier was assigned. They do seem like they genuinely care about their clients. After that it seemed I should contact the carrier with any questions. Unfortunately the day my car was supposed to be picked up, it wasn't, and cascade didn't seem to have any answers. This was my first time shipping my car and this may be the "norm" for this line of business but the whole process baffled me. There seemed to be a lot of contact people: Cascasde, driver himself, and driver's dispatch, but no one ever gave me a clear answer about what was going on. In conclusion, my car was picked up a day late but the estimate date of delivery did not change. My car was delivered exactly on the estimated date of delivery, so if anyone tells you your car will come early, it most likely will not. Just something to keep in mind. My car was in good condition upon arrival, just a bit dirty but that is to be expected. I had a very bad experience with ACD transport as they never answered the phone so Cascade does answer the phone, people are helpful to a certain extent, and they are open on Saturday!

Just a little reminder.......the carrier's can only give us estimates of pick up and delivery, so a day early or a day late is perferctly normal. We are more than happy to call the carriers for our customers, that's part of our job, we did give you the carrier's phone number when you called in asking for it.
