I selected enclosed shipment for two cars picked up/delivered same locations. During the initial estimate I paid an additional $100 because I didnt want one of the cars started. The statement on the invoice was, "...model A has hand crank starter could be considered no op..." Upon arriving the driver stated she could not pick-up cars that could not start. I talked the driver through the starting process and he was able to start and drive the car onto the trailer. Additionally prior to pick-up Steve called and said driver needed extra $100 (unexpected). The cars were delivered on time and in good condition.

I contacted Steve and asked about returning the $100 (I'd spent to keep the car from being started). He was not receptive.

Overall, I was disappointed in the additional costs. I was pleased at the promptness of service. The driver and the broker (Steve) were professional. The cars arrived on time and in good condition. I probably will select a different broker (or driver) next time.

Steve@Cascadevehicleshipping.com 360-834-7898 ext 230 cvs.steve@yahoo.com Bruce, I am sorry that you feel that the price was different. However, just because the vehicle is a hand crank does not constitute it as a running vehicle. The driver had to manually start the car every time he had to move it even an inch. That is what that extra 100 pays for. You never paid over your original quote based on what this carrier was asking for. They did not over charge you, nor did Cascade overcharge you. They quoted you a price based on the style of vehicle. Again we are sorry that that extra 100 was not explained better. Thanks
