Great Service (even with some confusion)

My experience overall was very good. I enjoyed the prompt delivery of my car. I originally had wanted my car to be shipped on June 3-4, but because of delays in getting a truck, my car wasn't picked up until June 10. Although normally the car would be shipped to me on June 17 then, the shippers were able to get me my car just 3 short days later, which I was really grateful for. I was so happy that I was able to get my car very quickly and that my car was placed on a truck where there were 2 drivers driving all day and night to reach my destination.

Even the customer service was this order redeemed itself, because they had initially promised me an earlier day, but my car kept getting pushed back further. Fortunately, they understood the situation I was in, physically and financially, and found such a convenient truck for me. Thus, I am glad that the experience turned out well, although the middle portions were very hectic.
