Don was always available for my call or would return it within 10 minutes. Very prompt follow up and would periodically check in to let me know the status. Car was picked up early which was fine but I could not receive the car until after a certain date and they were able to hold that promise.

One of my friends tried to ship 2 vehicles with another company unsuccessfully with no carrier after 30 days. I referred them over to Cascade and they were able to schedule carriers for both cars within hours that same day.
