I had my car's transport set up by this company, Cascade Vehicle Shipping, and I could not ask for anything more! The person that I spoke to, Richard Stelloh, was knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous. He helped me with all parts of the transport and made sure I understand everything and was patient with all the questions I had about the move. Richard also made sure that I knew what was going on with my car, where it was, and if needed, who I could contact.

The only downside to this experience was that my car had a scratch or two on it when it arrived, but this in no way reflects the service of Cascade Vehicle Shipping. In fact, I called Richard and asked him for advice, and what I should do about the situation, and he was knowledgeable and helped me decide what to do and how to take care of it. I am glad that I chose this company to move my car with, and I wished there were more people that cared about their customers like Richard and Cascade Vehicle Shipping.

Also, if I ever move my car again, I will make sure to choose Cascade Vehicle Shipping.
