I had a horrible experience with Michelle from Magic Carpet, who made me feel like she had better things to do than get my vehicle shipped in a timely manner. She never returned calls or kept me up to date with any progress on finding a carrier for my vehicles. I cancelled with her and called Richard at Cascade. Best move I could have made. He was great, constantly keeping me updated, even as the vehicles were in transit and all the way through delivery. He was very professional and I appreciate all he did to help me out.

Not sure what happened with Magic or Michelle as they both have excellent reputations.
