I had such a pleasant experience with Thomas. It was my first time shipping my car, so I had a few hesitations. He definitely eased my mind by answering all my questions patiently and following up promptly. He was extremely responsive and communicative. The transportation company that we used was late in picking up and dropping off my car, but Thomas was very proactive in following up with me and the company. Even though my car was dirty when I received it (which was to be expected since it traveled cross country), it came to me exactly as I left it. I highly recommend working with Cascade. Ask for Thomas!
