Our experience with Cascade was a pleasant one. We expected long delays, and additional costs, and were pleasantly surprised to find that not only were they on time with the pick up, but the transition time was good, and delivery was smooth, with no damage or problems. Richard helped us every step of the way, and even went out of his way to return phone calls, even when not at work. People like him are an asset to any organization, and even if not noticed by the company he works for, it has been noted by the customers who were aided by him. Thanks to Richard for all the great service, and he will be hearing from us again should the need for this type of service reoccur.
