The dealership only used one carrier, but they charged twice as much as this carrier, so I decided to "risk" it and go with the open delivery. I could not have been happier. My car was ready to transport on a Monday and they picked it up promptly and I had it on Wednesday, 900 miles away. Service was great and I could talk to anyone I needed. There was no damage or anything negative on the car. Thanks to all involved and I'll difinitely use this group again.
