I was stuck with Carriage after my dispatcher selected them for me to move my car from MD to California. First, they tried to deliver my car 3 days before my drop off date, when I was not in the state yet and when I said that wouldnt work they just hung up and I had no idea what was going on. When I called back to see when it would be delivered, they said Monday. On Monday I called and spoke with Nick and he said it wouldnt be delivered that day, and apparently they had no intention of telling me that. This continued into the next day, when my car was promised in the morning, in the early afternoon, then by 5pm, then not till 8pm (at which point they SWORE the driver would call me if he was going to be late), then it didn't arrive until 10:30pm and no I did not get a call.
I understand things happen and delays happen, but at every step along the way all i asked for was honesty and promptness in at least letting me know what was going on and Nick just lied and lied and lied to me over and over so he could get off the phone. When i had the audacity to call back Nick eventually started just refusing to talk to me. do NOT do business with this company unless you enjoy being treated like crap and enjoy spending hours on the phone arguing just to get your car back. I would never ever trust them with my belongings again.
